The practice preview shows the sequence you are about to use. Read through the order and check the time. You can look at an individual pose before deciding whether to begin.
Look closer at a choice
When a “why” explanation is available, open it. The app describes information recorded in its sequence and yoga data. An explanation of the app’s choice is not a medical assessment or a guarantee that a pose fits you.
Keep your say in the practice
If you want a different order, less time or another pose, open the Builder. You can make changes before you begin. A generated sequence does not take that choice away.
A word about the illustrations
Lotus is YYP’s visual character. An illustration can help you recognize a shape, but it cannot see how you are moving.
