The guides to using YYP explain the product’s controls and behavior. They do not prescribe a practice or claim a physical benefit.
Yoga teaching on the public site must be reviewed for its exact wording and use. Approval of a pose description does not approve every illustration, movement or relationship attached to it.
Review comes before publication
Source material can begin as imported or drafted content. It does not become public teaching simply because it is in our library.
Review, eligibility for the public site and publication are separate decisions. Published teaching identifies its reviewer and review date. If that content changes, its approval needs to be reconsidered. We do not display imported relationships as reviewed advice.
How the app makes a sequence
The app uses structured yoga data and deterministic rules to arrange a practice from the choices you provide. It can explain facts represented in that data. A language model is not the sequencing authority.
The app currently contains draft yoga material. That material is not automatically part of this public educational collection, and we do not describe it as human-reviewed.
What YYP cannot establish
A sequence, timer or reflection cannot diagnose an injury, assess your physical readiness or guarantee an outcome. Your notes are your words, not evidence from which the website infers a condition.
Corrections belong in the process
If a name, explanation or illustration needs attention, tell us which page or item you mean. We will use that information to review it.
