Is this website the app?
No. This website is for discovery, education and help. Open Your Practice to use the app at practice.youryoga.app. Your account and personal practice stay there.
Do I need an account to read this site?
No. The public field guide has no account or sign-in form. The personal app handles its own account requirements.
How do I sign in to the app?
The app supports email sign-in without a password. Enter the code in the browser or installed app where you requested it. An email link is a convenience: it signs in the browser where you open it. A code and its link belong to one challenge; using one can end the other.
Will opening the app begin a practice?
The website’s Open Your Practice button opens the app. It does not start a timer, save a sequence or change your practice. The app handles what you see next.
Can I use a phone or a computer?
Yes. You can open the app in your browser on either. Installation is optional.
Does everything move between devices?
No. Eligible saved practices, finished history, profile and goals can sync after sign-in and successful synchronization. Unsaved drafts and unfinished practices remain in their original device or browser context.
Does a reflection change my next practice?
Not automatically. A reflection and optional note stay with the finished practice in Journey. They are not currently interpreted to change the next sequence.
Where can I ask another question?
Write to hello@youryoga.app. If you need help with a device, name the browser and the address you opened. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
